He was last seen donning a black and white shirt paired with black pants, and black shoes. After the theft and assault, the suspect managed to flee the scene. Anyone with potential leads or information has been urged by the authorities to come forward, with the promise of up to a $5,000 cash payment for details that lead to an arrest or charging of the individual responsible for the felony, as detailed by the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division.
