Early Friday, the Harris County Constable’s Office Precinct 5 responded to the store and found "observed forced entry into the front glass window," along with several jewelry cases forced open. Deputies from the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office responded to a break-in at Kay Jewelers, where an interior wall was damaged. Surveillance showed two young men wearing masks and dark clothing as the suspects. This is the fourth attempted burglary at this store in just over two years, including a blocked attempt in August 2025 and two previous incidents since August 2023, according to KHOU.
