
Houston-area law enforcement arrested Devonte Pointer, a suspect in multiple thefts. He was taken into custody after allegedly stealing $200 worth of items from a CVS on East Richey Road and was later found at a Walgreens on Holzwarth Road, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Officers from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 responded to a theft report at a CVS on Thursday. Using Flock camera technology, deputies located a white SUV in the 19700 block of Holzwarth. Pointer was arrested after exiting a Walgreens and is linked to multiple thefts. Harris County Constable Precinct 4 stated, "Devonte Pointer was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggregate Theft."
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Facebook page, digital surveillance was used in the arrest of Pointer, who is being held at Harris County Jail on a $500 bond set by County Court 1. Officials advised residents to report suspicious activity and follow community updates through the precinct’s social media and the "C4 NOW" mobile app.
