Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reports that, upon stopping a vehicle for undisclosed reasons, the responding deputy encountered the driver, Jalen Beale, who displayed clear signs of impairment. The encounter led to a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which Beale evidently failed.
Subsequent to the tests, authorities determined that Beale was indeed under the influence of drugs.
