
A juvenile was arrested after opening fire in a Columbus store, hitting two individuals, according to authorities. The Columbus Division of Police reported on social media that the shooting took place on September 14 in the 1800 block of Hudson St. Both victims were struck during the incident, which led law enforcement to pursue the suspect.
After responding, officers arrived at the scene, and they located the suspect "several structures away, hiding in a garage," as detailed by the Columbus Division of Police on Facebook. A brief search ensued, ending with the suspect's apprehension without further incident. Upon arrest, the juvenile was charged with an array of offenses, including two counts of Felonious Assault, Breaking & Entering, CCW, and Tampering with Evidence.
