A juvenile male has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred on September 6 in Denver, according to the Denver Police Department. The incident took place in the 1100 block of North Syracuse Street just after midnight, where officers responded to a reported shooting. Shortly upon arrival, they discovered a juvenile male with gunshot wounds.
An extensive investigation led authorities to identify another juvenile male as the suspect in the case. He was apprehended on September 11 and is currently being held for investigation of first-degree murder. The Denver Police Department noted that "Through the course of this extensive investigation, investigators identified a juvenile male as the suspect in this case," in a social media post.
