A truck, clocked for speeding, drew the attention of SJSO deputies. They initiated what was likely expected to be a routine traffic stop, yet, what unfolded was a pursuit that tested both the resolve and resources of the law enforcement team.
A traffic stop near I-95 and State Road 16 led to two passengers fleeing into nearby woods. One suspect was located with the assistance of K9 Daisy Mae, while the other remains at large. The driver was detained at the scene for operating a vehicle without a valid license.
