The Kannapolis Cannon Ballers have released their 2026 season schedule, featuring 66 home games at Atrium Health Ballpark in downtown Kannapolis. This will be the team’s sixth season. The schedule outlines matchups against Carolina League opponents across various dates, as per the City of Kannapolis website.
For the first time, Opening Day will be held on a Thursday. The team will open with a three-game series against the Lynchburg Hillcats from April 2–4, 2026, followed by hosting the Hickory Crawdads from April 6–11, 2026. According to the schedule, 45 home games will take place before the end of June.
Other notable matchups include games against the Fredericksburg Nationals from June 9–14, 2026. From late June through early July, there will be no home games, but the team will return to host the Myrtle Beach Pelicans from July 17–19, 2026.
The second half of the season includes 21 home games between July 1, 2026 and the regular season finale. The last home game will be against the Delmarva Shorebirds on September 6, 2026.
