According to a social media post from the Lewisville Police Department, Kinney was last seen at approximately 4:43 p.m. driving westbound on Valley Ridge Blvd in Lewisville.
Complicating the search, Arthur left without his phone, cutting off a significant means of tracking his whereabouts. Driving a black 2024 Toyota 4Runner with the Texas license plate VPC1823, Arthur's condition raised urgent concerns given his medical state. The public's assistance was requested by the authorities in a bid to facilitate a swift and safe return.
