On Thursday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to Boogie's Billiards at 3040 FM 1960 after a man refused to leave. The incident led to the arrest of Timothy Arthur Berkley for vehicle burglary, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Timothy Berkley entered and burglarized a complainant’s vehicle after overstaying at a local establishment. Deputies located him and took action. "Timothy Berkley was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 9," as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
