Early this morning, a man was found unresponsive with a serious gunshot wound after he walked into a South Baltimore hospital. The Baltimore Police Department is now investigating the incident, which occurred at around 1:05 a.m., as reported by Fox Baltimore.
When officers from the Southern District arrived at the hospital, they were faced with a critical situation. The unidentified individual was suffering from a wound that appeared to be life-threatening.
