
A violent altercation on a Metro G Line bus culminated in a stabbing incident in North Hollywood on Wednesday, as reported by the Los Angeles Police Department. At approximately 12:15 p.m., near Tujunga Avenue and Chandler Boulevard, a man was critically injured following an altercation with another passenger. According to KTLA, the victim was transported to a local hospital in an unknown condition.
Authorities were alerted to the incident by passengers, leading to the immediate detention of the suspect by LAPD officers after exiting the bus. The suspect, later identified by LAPD as 23-year-old Logan Dunn, allegedly used a 4-inch knife to stab the victim, 35-year-old Amirreza Jharakhani, three times in the neck during their confrontation. Observing the emergency unfolding, a witness managed to capture cellphone video of the suspect being detained by the LAPD, as reported by NBC Los Angeles.
Witness Virginia Salas told NBC Los Angeles, "I ended up taking off my Dodgers jersey, sopping the blood (that) kept pouring everywhere."
