
A man was left in critical condition following a shooting incident that occurred this morning in Federal Way, Washington. KIRO 7 reports that the incident took place near South 312th Street and 10th Avenue South at approximately 8:55 a.m., where a 31-year-old man was found suffering from gunshot wounds.
First responders, who swiftly arrived at the scene, tried immediately to render aid to the victim before he was transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for advanced care, as noted by FOX 13 Seattle.
The suspect in the shooting, a 56-year-old man believed to be the victim's roommate, was later arrested by the Federal Way police at his residence. KING 5 disclosed that although the victim was critically injured, he "is expected to survive," citing information from the police authorities.
