
Authorities say a shooting occurred at an apartment complex in northeast Harris County during a dice game. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded just before 9:30 p.m. on Monday to an apartment on Aldine Bender and found a group of people but no victims. Click2Houston reported that a man in his late 20s was later taken to Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital, where he died from multiple gunshot wounds.
A shooting occurred after an argument during a game in a common area of the apartment complex. Harris County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Sidney Miller said investigators are still working to understand what happened and to identify any suspects. According to FOX26 Houston, witnesses said the victim was shot and taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.
Harris County investigators are continuing to investigate a fatal shooting. The Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information or who witnessed the incident to contact the HCSO Homicide Division or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477). The investigation is ongoing.
