A shooting at an Arden-Arcade apartment complex in Sacramento County has left one man hospitalized with a gunshot wound, authorities have reported. The incident, which occurred on Marconi Avenue near Wright Street on Friday evening, initially came through as a stabbing, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office. Responding deputies instead found the injured man around 8:15 p.m., who had sustained a gunshot injury to his stomach. KCRA notes that the victim's current medical condition is not known.
