
A man is currently in the hospital recovering after being shot in the face in North Baltimore, local authorities have reported. The incident took place yesterday afternoon, with city police responding to a call at around 4:39 p.m. on the 2800 block of Woodland Avenue.
According to Fox Baltimore, the 39-year-old victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the face. He was able to transport himself to the location where he then contacted the police. The man has been transported to an area hospital where he is listed in stable condition. Investigators have reason to believe that the actual shooting took place some distance away, in the 4000 block of Park Heights Avenue.
