Last night, a McDonald’s in Brooklyn Park found itself the scene of an armed robbery, as reported by the local police. The establishment, situated in the 5000 block of Ritchie Highway, was approached by a vehicle at the drive-thru where the driver, brandishing a handgun, demanded and received money from the register before fleeing the scene.
According to the Anne Arundel County Police Department, the suspect was described as a Black male in his 20s with short hair, adorned in a long-sleeve black shirt. Determined to locate the suspect, the department has made an appeal to the public for any information regarding the incident and has encouraged those wishing to remain anonymous to utilize the department's tip line.
