Some Houston residents shared on social media that "multiple helicopters" with green and red lights "rattled her windows," said Amanda Anderson, as per Click2Houston. A few minutes later, another four helicopters flew overhead. The Texas Military Department said the flights are part of the Search and Rescue Exercise emergency preparedness exercises, continuing on Friday. Officials advise residents to stay informed about the drills and the temporary disruptions from the aircraft.
