The post features paramedic firefighter Luis Perez III, who shared a taste of Puerto Rico with his crew at MED 15. Taking a break from the fast pace of medical calls, Perez prepared a homemade meal of Puerto Rican rice, beef empanadillas, and strawberry pastries for his fellow firefighters.
