Milwaukee Police are actively investigating a shooting incident that left a 48-year-old victim wounded. Reported initially via a social media post by Milwaukee Police, the shooting took place last Sunday around 11:30 a.m., with the victim only seeking treatment the following midnight.

While the individual received prompt medical care and survived, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. Authorities are working to determine what occurred and to identify the suspect or suspects involved. The victim arrived at a hospital nearly 12 hours after the shooting, adding complexity to the investigation.
