The City of Neptune Beach has scheduled a meeting of the Finance & Auditor Selection Committee for next Tuesday, September 30, at 8:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 116 First Street. The public may attend, and the agenda is available for review in advance.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26 of the Florida Statutes, the City has issued a notice stating that individuals with disabilities who require special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact the City Clerk’s Office at least 48 hours in advance. At the upcoming meeting, committee members Councilor Brent Rogers, Lynda Padrta, and Jerry Wetzel are scheduled to participate in discussions regarding the city’s financial planning and the selection of an auditor, as outlined in the official announcement. In addition, the official notice states that other members of the City Council may attend the Finance & Auditor Selection Committee meeting, though not in an official committee capacity. Those who may be present include Mayor Cori Bylund, Vice Mayor Nia Livingston, and Councilors Josh Messinger and Tim Horvath.
