Early this morning, Seattle Police responded to a shooting near the 12500 block of Aurora Avenue North, by a Jack in the Box. Officers found evidence of a shooting, but no people who could be identified as victims or suspects, according to the Seattle Police Department.
Police found several shell casings at the scene and collected evidence. Seattle Police Department reported no victims at the location, so details about the incident were unclear. Later, police were informed of a related car crash at Harborview Medical Center.
Police found a driver with a serious leg wound near the Emergency Room ramp. The victim, whose identity is not released, was treated by Harborview Medical Center medical staff and taken into the hospital. Police are investigating the shooting and are asking anyone with information to come forward, as stated by the Seattle Police Department.
