
The New York Police Department is actively seeking information about a burglary in Queens, where an individual is reported to have entered a residence and stolen jewelry worth nearly $2,000. According to a social media post from NYPD Crimestoppers, the incident occurred in the early hours of August 28, around 4:45 a.m., near 84th Avenue and 118th Street.
An unidentified burglar entered a home through the rear door and proceeded to a bedroom, where they took a black box containing jewelry valued at approximately $1,950. The suspect then fled the scene on foot, heading southbound on 118th Street.
