A lost cat found near 13th and Oakwood has been reunited with its owner, according to the Oak Creek Police Department.
The cat was initially discovered without a collar or microchip, but thanks to the efforts of police and community members, the owner was quickly located. Oak Creek Police Department expressed relief in a post saying, “The owner of the cat has been located.”
The department used the incident to remind pet owners of the importance of collars and microchips, which help ensure lost animals are returned home safely.
