As reported by News 3 LV, several men engaged in what's been described as an altercation in a parking lot on the 6400 block of Boulder Highway near Russell road. It was around 4:17 p.m. when, witnesses say, the dispute escalated rapidly allowing two men to fire their guns, wounding one individual.
Injured in the melee, the victim sustained a wound that, while serious, has been rendered non-life-threatening by the deft hands of medical professionals at a nearby local hospital. As the man rests within the white walls—a semblance of peace—authorities have sealed off the area and are conducting an investigation into a violence that seems without end, the suspects still at large, their shadows haunting the Boulder Highway.
Meanwhile, FOX5 Vegas has clarified that the shooting occurred as a result of a larger group of individuals engaged in an altercation before the shots were fired at approximately 4:30 p.m.
