The Osceola County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a man accused of sexual misconduct with a minor, which has now been compounded by charges tied to the discovery of child pornography. Anthony William Falu Jr. was initially taken into custody in late August on accusations of lewd and lascivious battery involving a victim between the ages of 12 and 16, as per the authorities' statement.
Details show that the sheriff's investigation, which began in May, led to Falu's arrest on August 21 after securing a warrant based on the initial charges. After obtaining and executing a search warrant for Falu's cellphone, investigators reportedly found several images that constituted child pornography. According to a report by ClickOrlando, the children in these images appeared to range from 4 to 9 years old. This evidence led to an additional arrest on September 9 over five counts of possession of child pornography.
Falu, 23, has since been released on bond, but authorities believe there may be more victims. An anonymous complainant has brought forward accusations that Falu has been involved in sexual activities with other minors.
