Last seen on the 2000 block of S. 9th St. last Wednesday, Irfan's whereabouts have been a mystery, leaving friends, family, and local authorities in a state of uncertainty.
According to the Philadelphia Police Department, Irfan is a 25-year-old individual standing 5’4” in height and weighing approximately 115 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
Signifiers of his last known appearance include a green shirt, black pants, and red slippers; a visual ensemble that may aid the public in his recognition. The police are calling on anyone with information, no matter how seemingly insignificant, to come forward.
