The Phoenix Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for Liberty Nicole Salazar, who vanished last Thursday evening in Phoenix, Arizona. According to the alert posted by the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Salazar was last spotted at the juncture of North 4th Street and East Taro Lane.
Details provided indicate that Salazar, a 23-year-old Native American female, is at risk due to a medical condition requiring medication, which, if not taken, may lead to disorientation and the propensity for getting lost. Despite being in dire need of assistance, a description of what Salazar was wearing during her last known whereabouts has been provided: a black shirt, black leggings, and white Converse shoes.
Measuring 5 feet 3 inches in height and weighing around 130 pounds, Salazar is further described as having brown hair and brown eyes.
