On Tuesday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a routine traffic stop on Atascocita Rd. in Precinct 4. During the stop, their efforts to enforce laws against impaired driving led to the arrest of one individual, as part of ongoing law enforcement activities in the area, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Nicole Wyatt was stopped by deputies who suspected she was under the influence. She refused to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and declined to provide breath or blood samples. Deputies then obtained a blood sample with a legally-issued warrant, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
“Nicole Wyatt was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 10." According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, Constable Mark Herman's office shared this and noted that residents in Precinct 4 can use the “C4 NOW” mobile app for updates on crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic conditions.
