FOX6 News reported the incident occurred at approximately 11:15 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 175 and County Road S, marking the fifth fatal crash in the county for the current year. Eyewitnesses and the first deputy on the scene extracted the woman from her vehicle, having sustained critical injuries which later proved fatal at a local hospital. The semi driver, a 53-year-old Pennsylvania man, was released shortly after being treated for minor injuries.
