Rock Hill Fire Recruit Class 29 has completed week three of seventeen in the fire academy. The recruits are undergoing training that includes City and Fire Department orientation, daily morning physical training (PT), National Incident Management System (NIMS) online coursework, and fire and emergency medical services training, according to an update from Rock Hill Fire on Facebook.

This past week, the recruits received their class flag after completing a physical fitness challenge. Rock Hill Fire highlighted that the training program combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills to prepare recruits for a range of scenarios in the field.

The department continues to provide updates on Class 29’s progress, including orientation, PT routines, NIMS coursework, and fire and EMT training.
