Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance in the 17200 block of Ranch Country Drive on Sunday. They found Ruben James Wallace, who had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for Driving While Intoxicated – 2nd Offense from the 16th Criminal Court, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Ruben James Wallace was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with his open warrant for Driving While Intoxicated – 2nd Offense," as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4. He is being held on a bond of $5,002. Deputies responded to a reported disturbance, which was resolved without further incident.
