According to the Sacramento Police Department's social media post, Phothong, who is non-verbal autistic, was last seen in the early morning hours of yesterday, around 2:30 am near Parejo Ct and Allaire Cir in the Natomas area of Sacramento.
Described as 5'02", weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and black eyes, Regina was wearing a light blue or white t-shirt, blue tights, and was without shoes at the time of her disappearance. With conditions that necessitate a level of care and attention, the concern for her safety is paramount. The public’s eye is asked to be especially vigilant and to report any sightings or information that could lead to her safe return.
Community participation has proven essential in previous searches for missing persons, and the Sacramento Police Department hopes for a similar response in their efforts to locate Regina.
