Concern is growing for a missing boater, Brandon Taylor, last seen on Wednesday off the coast near Holiday, Florida. According to the Pasco Sheriff's Office, Taylor launched his boat from the Anclote boat ramp on Baillies Bluff Rd. early in the morning and was later reported missing at sea.
Taylor, a 43-year-old man noted for his dark blonde hair and blue eyes, was last spotted around 5:20 a.m., some 40-45 miles offshore and apart from his vessel, the whereabouts of which are also unknown. The search is complicated by the vastness of the sea, and the details sparse, with Taylor described as being 5'10", approximately 215 lbs., and was wearing tan pants with no shirt when he was last seen. The absence of significant leads, further strains an already tense situation.
The Pasco Sheriff's Office is actively seeking any information that may help locate Taylor and is urging the public to come forward with any relevant details. Individuals with knowledge of his whereabouts or who have seen anything that might be of assistance are encouraged to contact the Pasco Sheriff’s Non-Emergency Line at 727-847-8102, option 7.
