
St. Petersburg will host a month-long Performing Arts Month in September, featuring over 30 live performances across theater, dance, music, and spoken word. The event is organized by the City of St. Petersburg in partnership with the St. Pete Arts Alliance, according to the City of St. Petersburg’s official announcement.
Participating venues include freeFall Theatre, The Beach Theatre, The Palladium, Spitfire Comedy House, and others. Highlights include Spitfire Comedy House’s Bucket List starting tomorrow, Daniela Soledade: Amazon Soul at The Palladium on Saturday, and The Mystery of Edwin Drood at St. Petersburg City Theatre from September 19 to 28.
Other performances include Bakersfield Mist by The Off-Central Players on Wednesday next week, The Good Peaches at the Mahaffey Theater on September 20, and Couples Therapy: A Relationship Themed Comedy Show at Bayboro Brewing Co on September 26.
