"STAR Transit is proud to connect residents and visitors to the State Fair," Tommy Henricks, STAR Transit executive director, expressed in a statement, per the City of Duncanville. "For just a few dollars, you can connect to the State Fair with STAR Transit and DART, saving the expense, time, and headache of finding parking near the fairgrounds." The transit service presents a variety of boarding options with connections at seven southeast Dallas County locations. These include Buckner Station via Balch Springs Midtown Express 101; Camp Wisdom Station; Glenn Heights Park & Ride; Lake Ray Hubbard Transit Center; Lawnview Station; Red Bird Transit Center; and UNT Dallas Station, all of which are accessible through the on-demand STARNow service. This diversity in routes underscores STAR Transit's endeavor to cover a broad geographic range, ensuring that a greater number of fair-goers can benefit from their service.
