Strongsville police apprehended a 27-year-old man this morning, after he allegedly attempted to abduct a 15-year-old girl while she was waiting for her school bus. FOX8 News reported that the incident occurred just after 6:40 a.m. on Fair Road. The young girl managed to escape the man's grasp and run to the safety of her home.

The Strongsville Police Department, following a quick investigation, identified Dominic Sacco as the suspect and located him at a residence approximately a quarter-mile from the scene of the alleged incident. In a release obtained by News 5 Cleveland, police said that the girl pulled away from the man and went back inside her house, after which the man left the area.

Officers arrested Sacco and charged him with abduction. He is currently being held at the Strongsville Police Department. Further details surrounding the circumstances of the incident have not been released at this time.
