The City of Surprise is on the lookout for exhibitors and sponsors for its upcoming 2025 SciTech Festival. As part of the larger Arizona SciTech Festival, the local event is slated for Saturday, November 22. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Surprise Recreation Campus, located at 15960 N. Bullard Ave, as reported by the City of Surprise. Past festivals have seen a turnout of more than 1,700 attendees, and this year's event hopes to connect even more science aficionados with its added job and apprenticeship fair.
An integral part of the festival has been its interactive STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) experiences which, last year, engaged guests through live science shows and hands-on robotics demonstrations. Looking to build on that success, the organizers are inviting organizations, schools, and businesses that can provide engaging STEAM activities or presentations to request a booth at no cost. According to the City's official website, all interested parties must apply by October 3 to be considered.
There's also an opportunity for businesses to increase their community visibility by sponsoring the event. With various promotional benefits on offer, potential sponsors can view and select from available packages, with options remaining open until October 3. Those interested in exploring sponsorship options can find further details and levels of involvement by visiting the festival's website.
More details on participating in the 2025 Surprise SciTech Festival are available on the event’s official webpage, including the online booth application for exhibitors.
