The Tampa Police Department is continuing its investigation into the Woodville Street shooting that killed a 17-year-old and injured five others. The incident occurred before 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, when Tariq De’Shawn Marshall was fatally shot.

With tips from the public, investigators are working to reconstruct the events leading to the incident. The other victims, all men aged 19 to 22, were also injured during the shooting.

To encourage more information, Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay, the Florida Association of Crime Stoppers, and the Florida Office of the Attorney General have increased the reward to $15,000 for tips leading to an arrest and conviction. The reward is available through June 30, 2026.
