The Tampa Water Department is inviting customers to complete an online survey about the quality and service of their drinking water. The survey, available at tampa.gov/YourWaterYourVoice, takes about seven minutes and asks for feedback on water quality, reliability, and conservation efforts, as per the Tampa government website.

This survey is part of a broader effort to collect customer feedback. Following the survey, the department plans to hold focus groups with participants to discuss responses in more detail.

A kickoff event will be held today from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at City Center on Hanna Avenue. Staff will be available to help residents complete the survey and provide information about department programs and services. Participants will also have a chance to win prizes such as gift cards and family packs through a raffle.

All customers of the Tampa Water Department are encouraged to complete the survey. Feedback from the survey and focus groups will inform the department’s future communication and programming.
