
Constable Mark Herman's Office reported an arrest during a traffic stop on Tomball Parkway last Friday. A deputy stopped Joseph Kiff for suspected drunk driving after noticing signs of impairment and administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, as mentioned by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Following tests, the deputy found that Kiff was under the influence, with a breath test showing a blood alcohol content of 0.141, above the legal limit. "Joseph Kiff was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated," the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 post stated. His bond was set at $100 by County Court 15.
