Early this morning shooting outside an Orlando apartment complex tragically ended the lives of two individuals, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office. The incident occurred at approximately 5:35 a.m., and both victims were discovered at the Lake Sherwood Apartments located on London Crest Drive, as WFTV detailed.
A woman in her 30s and a man in his 40s sustained fatal gunshot wounds. Authorities indicated that the man's injury appeared to be self-inflicted. WESH reported on the shooting, stating there is "no danger to the public" at this time, as the incident seems to be of a domestic nature.
The Orange County deputies quickly arrived at the scene following the call. First responders found both individuals pronounced dead at the complex. The ongoing investigation has yet to release further details about the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
