Early morning yesterday, a robbery at a Von Ormy construction site led to an arrest and another man being investigated. San Antonio police responded around 3 a.m. to the 6000 block of Sliding Way after roof shingles were allegedly stolen and a 25-year-old man confronted the suspects, one of whom appeared to have a firearm, as reported by KSAT .

According to KENS 5, officers pursued a vehicle leaving the scene and identified the suspects as a 57-year-old man and a 38-year-old accomplice. Police discovered the weapon was a toy gun.

SAPD stated to KSAT that the 57-year-old was arrested for robbery, while the second suspect remains under investigation pending charges. The investigation is ongoing.
