The Sacramento Police Department has issued an appeal to the public for assistance in the search for a missing 14-year-old, identified as Tasleem Marez, who is considered at-risk due to their young age. According to the department's recent social media post, Tasleem was last seen this past Saturday, around 6:30pm in the area of the 500 block of J Street in Sacramento.
The police described Tasleem as being 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 114 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. The attire Tasleem was last seen in included a white hooded sweatshirt tied in the back, blue denim shorts, white Nike socks, red Jordan sneakers, and a black crossbody bag.
Community members who might have any information regarding Tasleem's whereabouts or who believe they have seen someone matching the description provided by the police are urged to come forward. The Sacramento Police Department has requested that any sightings or tips should be reported directly to their communication center, a critical step in expediting the search and investigation efforts for the at-risk youth.
