Warren police responded to an incident at the mosque and educational center at 28630 Ryan, where an excavator, glass door, mirrors, and flooring were damaged. A detective was assigned the next business day, and investigators are looking for witnesses and surveillance footage. There is currently no evidence of a bias or hate-related motive. The Council on CAIR-MI is offering a reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction, as reported by the City of Warren.

"Regardless of motive, the deliberate damage of religious institutions is unacceptable," said the Warren Police Department.
