According to WPXI, Pittsburgh Public Safety officers responded to a residence on the 620 block of Johnston Avenue around 8:20 a.m. following reports of a stabbing incident.
According to WTAE, investigations at the scene uncovered that a dispute had escalated between two women, leading one of them to use a knife to stab the other in the stomach. The injured woman was promptly transported to an area hospital and is reportedly in stable condition.
