Last Tuesday in Harris County, Constable Deputies from Mark Herman's Office captured an armed suspect, Mathew Al-Lahalih, after a disturbance call led to a foot chase on Thicket Hill Court. With the help of DPS Air Support and a Constable Canine Unit, deputies located Al-Lahalih hiding in a truck yard and took him into custody, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Mathew Al-Lahalih was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Terroristic Threat – Fear of Imminent Serious Bodily Injury and Evading Arrest," said Constable Mark Herman. The incident began after Al-Lahalih reportedly threatened his ex-employer with a handgun, and his bond was set at $200 in County Court 1, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
