After an investigation, the Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crime Suppression Division, Robbery Suppression Unit, arrested 28-year-old Rahsaan Smith of Southeast D.C. on Wednesday. He is facing three counts of First-Degree Murder While Armed (Premeditated), as per the DC Superior Court arrest warrant.
