Jennifer Stein, Avondale’s Director of Economic Development, noted, “Momentum is building at The BLVD. Since its official branding in 2018, The BLVD has seen robust growth with new hotels, multifamily housing developments, and over 23 retail and restaurant businesses adding to its vibrancy.
