The suspect, identified as 28-year-old Miracle Elendu from Baltimore, is facing charges of soliciting, recruiting, raping, and trafficking several female juveniles throughout the area. According to Fox Baltimore, the investigation kicked off in September and involves collaboration between the local police department's Crimes Against Children Unit and the FBI Baltimore Field Office's Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force.
